HOW IT WORKS

Step One

We begin with a comprehensive (virtual) consultation, getting to know why you feel the way you do and what your goals are. We have bi-weekly calls throughout our time together where we thoroughly address the foundations of health, what we call the D.E.S.T.R.E.S.S protocol. You’ll have a clear and personalized Wellness Plan created for you with adjustments along the way.


 

Step Two

A range of lab testing is available for us to dig deep and discover what's really happening inside your body. This in-depth lab work gives us data so we can create a targeted plan and get on the road to achieving your goals with precision. Labs are sent directly to your home where you'll complete them with my guidance, in privacy with samples of blood, urine, hair or saliva. We go over results together and incorporate recommendations into your Wellness Plan.


 Step Three

Supporting you through detoxing, nutrition, labs + lifestyle changes all come with tons of questions, especially in the beginning. Because of that, I offer a very untraditional support system, one that I think you'll appreciate. In addition to our calls you'll have personal access to me through a voice messaging app. My goal is to make these shifts adaptable to your life for the long term and not leave you with wellness overwhelm. I’m your partner in health and I want nothing more than you see you thrive.

  • Additional Voxer support because questions and feelings arise outside of calls and through is the only way so I’m here for you, for whatever comes up.

  • We’ll cover; nourishment, movement, stress support, toxin removal, rest, emotions and mindset. Additionally, as they apply to you, functional medicine lab reviews, Ayurvedic body type, how to work with your menstrual cycle, reducing toxins in your environment, etc.

FAQ

  • Everyone’s body is so different, so is their commitment. We also have to consider how long you’ve been unwell, what you're actually dealing with from a root cause perspective and how long it took to get you to this place. I get all my clients to complete a symptoms questionnaire at the beginning of our time together so you can see what results you're getting because as we heal we often forget how we felt prior. Most people will start to notice healing shifts within a couple of weeks.

  • That really depends where we’re starting from. Are you ready to give up what made you sick is a more important question to me. It’s not my goal to restrict you, however in order to heal there are always changes you make for the sacrifice of your health. I find that once clients feel how good they’re actually meant to, by removing/adding some things into your diet and lifestyle they wholeheartedly choose feeling good. Can you still go out with friends and enjoy yourself? Absolutely, you don’t have to be a hermit and will that look different than it did before? Possibly. The purpose of getting you well is so you can enjoy life to its fullest again incorporating what you've learnt along the way.

  • No, unfortunately not but you do receive immense support from me and we aim to get you feeling within optimal ranges of lab work rather than just being free of disease so the money you invest is well worth it.

  • Yes, I’ve found from experience that by supporting people throughout this length of time we see huge improvements as well as you get all your questions answered that come up along the way. This is really the unique difference when you work with an Integrative Health Practitioner.
