TO WORK WITH A HEALTH COACH

 
  1. You get ample amounts of time compared to conventional routes which is important to share your story, your goals, and get to really know you.

  2. If you forget to mention or ask something in our call, you can always just Vox me and get a response within 24hrs.

  3. We connect every 2 weeks to keep you accountable, talk about your challenges and work through them together.

  4. I provide you with small amounts of education each call so it's easy to absorb and digest. This empowers you to build a foundation of health knowledge to keep for the rest of your life that you can always refer back to.

  5. I ask you questions that allow you to find the answers within yourself. Connecting to your body, your intuition and what you know to be true.

  6. We track your progress so you can acknowledge yourself for the wins along the way and so that we know what's working for you and what needs more attention.

  7. We work with your whole body- from mind - movement- nourishment- stress + sleep support - toxin removal - emotions. You’d have to engage at least 3 separate providers to get this all looked into, think about the time getting to appointments, explaining yourself and money that saves you. And health is multidimensional so it would be irresponsible to tell you you’ll never need anyone else along the way.

  8. The approach and protocols that we use have been implemented with over 300,000 clients in-clinic to date. They work!

  9. Everyone’s body functions differently, so we can slow things down or add more in- it is not a one fits all approach.

  10. I never hold back. I will always give you my best recommendations to help your body regain balance in good time and I’m happy to work within your means as well. We don’t use band aid approaches so it may take longer to work through your issue than to squish it down while it grows worse over time. You get one body, let's give it the gold star treatment.

  11. My main goal is to holistically support you in your healing so you can move on in an empowered way and live a fulfilled life. Depending on a few factors, healing time will differ however my intention is never to keep you coming longer than you feel you need to.
